50 Years with Friends

Years of Visits Create Family at the Red Rock Ranch

Here is a short snippet from guests Larry and Corrine Taylor from Lake Forest, Illinois, who spent eight years with us at the ranch while their boys were growing up. Spoiler alert – the Taylors returned to the ranch just two summers ago to celebrate their 50th Anniversary!

“Carolyn, congratulations to you Harley, and all the Red Rock staff, on the 50th anniversary of Red Rock Ranch!

Our first visit there was in the summer of 1986, and of course, we quickly experienced what a wonderful place that Debbie and David established! And we became close friends with them for many years when we all lived in Lake Forest.

Our sons Marc (11) and Zack (8) fell in love with the ranch and we went back nearly every summer for the next 8 years. The Ranch had a tremendously positive impact on both of them. And I firmly believe they benefited greatly from their visits to the ranch.

And when it came time for Corrine and myself to celebrate our own 50th anniversary two summers ago, we knew there was no place better to celebrate than to bring Marc and Zack’s families back to the Ranch! They all greatly enjoyed what the Ranch had to offer!

We think you and Harley are doing a great job carrying on the visions of Debbie and Dave. Keep up the good work!
