A Historic Beginning
For 50 years, our family has shared this remarkable piece of Wyoming with guests seeking an authentic Western experience. Nestled in our own private valley of the Bridger-Teton National Forest, Red Rock Ranch combines the traditions of a historic dude ranch with the warm hospitality that comes from three generations of family stewardship.
Today, Carolyn and Harley Stimmel, along with their four sons, continue the legacy that began when Carolyn’s parents, David and Deborah MacKenzie, first fell in love with this secluded mountain valley. Our commitment remains unchanged: to provide an unforgettable Western experience while preserving this precious land for future generations.
