What’s included in my stay?
Your all-inclusive rate covers lodging, meals, activities, and evening entertainment. This includes daily horseback riding, guided hiking, fly fishing clinic, kids program (ages 6+) and special events like square dancing and cookouts.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Sunday (our main gate will open at 2:50 PM) – we kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly and respect our check-in time. Our team has a very limited turnaround window between guest stays to thoroughly clean, prepare and present the ranch at its best. This time is also essential to allow our hardworking crew a well-deserved opportunity to rest before welcoming you! Check-out is by 10:00 AM the following Saturday. Full payment of incidentals is due at check-out.
Is there cell service or Wi-Fi?
Cell service is not available at the ranch. Limited Wi-Fi is available in the lodge and saloon. Many guests appreciate this opportunity to truly unplug and connect with family.
What should I wear for riding?
Slip-on boots with a heel are required for riding (no lace-up boots). Jeans or long pants are necessary. We recommend bringing a light jacket, sunglasses, and a hat with a chin strap – don’t forget your water bottle and sunscreen.
Can you accommodate dietary allergies?
Yes, our kitchen staff is happy to accommodate food allergies with advance notice. Please let us know about any allergies when booking.
Do you allow pets?
For the comfort and safety of all guests and ranch animals, pets are not permitted at the ranch.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. No smoking is allowed in any ranch buildings.
What activities are available for young children?
While our supervised kids program is for ages 6 and up, younger children can enjoy our buckaroo program which includes scheduled pony rides, vaulting, horse painting and other outdoor activities. No child under 6 years old at the time of arrival will be permitted to trail ride for liability and safety reasons. Children under 6 can participate in other kids program activities outside of trail rides. Local nanny services can be arranged.
How do I get to the ranch?
We’re located 45 minutes from Jackson Hole Airport. Detailed directions will be provided with your reservation. Salt Lake City International Airport is 6.5 hours away.
What about laundry facilities?
Complimentary laundry facilities are available for all guests.
