The possibilities at Red Rock Ranch are endless for your wedding day! With multiple Jackson Hole wedding venues and facilities to choose from, as well as all the amenities you’ll need for your wedding party, we guarantee your big day will be one to remember!
The Lodge & Deck
The cozy main lodge at Red Rock Ranch is an ideal wedding spot for about 45 guests, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, plush seating, a library, a dining hall, and a saloon with an 1880 pool table. The deck wraps around the lodge and features a portico perfect for saying “I do” looking over a reflection pond. An additional reflection pond looks south out onto Crystal Peak, Pyramid Peak, and Sheep Mountain.
The Breakfast Site
Newlyweds love tying the knot at our breakfast site next to the babbling Crystal Creek, which runs throughout the ranch. About a 12-minute walk through a pasture, guests can also be transported via our Red Rock Ranch van or a tractor wagon ride. With advanced notice, we can also provide hay bales and picnic tables for seating, as well as a firepit for about 120 guests.
The Gazebo
The gazebo overlooks the pool and spa and can accommodate up to about 32 people. The covered area offers a wonderful breeze in the warmer months and is perfect for square dancing after your wedding ceremony. At an additional fee, we can bring in our square dance callers of 30 years, Gene and Maggie, to come and teach you all the right moves!
The Pickleball Court
Looking out over the south pasture is our 880-square-foot pickleball court. While it’s excellent for an afternoon game with family and friends, we can also string up some outdoor lights and turn the court into a festive dance floor perfect for cutting the rug.
The Red Rock
The Red Rock Ranch is aptly named for the iconic, crimson-colored stone that sits just outside the main lodge with a view of Sheep Mountain overlooking the reflection pond. This historical landmark is a perfect spot for a memorable photo shoot or for exchanging your vows.
The Pool & Spa
The large, heated pool and 8-person spa at Red Rock Ranch are relaxing places to wind down after your big day. Although the pool does eventually close for the season, we will happily keep it open through October with an early request. The 25-person pool also connects directly to the gazebo, so all your guests can stay connected.
Full Commercial Kitchen
Our commercial kitchen is fully equipped and can feed up to 120 guests. Your caterer or private chef will feel right at home preparing your bridal breakfast or wedding reception meal in a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in freezer and refrigerator, several ovens, and a dish pit. Indoor Dance Hall
Red Rock Ranch is home to an indoor dance hall perfect for setting up your wedding flowers and décor, providing additional dining space, or, of course, dancing! The dance hall has room for about 40 people and is a great place to have a backup plan in case your outdoor party has to be moved inside because of bad weather.
Group Activities
The group activities at Red Rock Ranch are aplenty and perfect for keeping your wedding guests entertained throughout your whole celebration. We have something for all your family and friends! From horseback riding to yoga, from square dancing to pickleball, pick and choose which activities you’d like your guests to partake in.
In the off season, Red Rock Ranch offers horseback riding adventures for a limited number of guests with an early request. Get a feel for what it’s like to be a Wyoming cowboy!
Red Rock Ranch is known for its Western square dances, and you can take advantage of this tradition for your special day. We can arrange for our square dance callers to come to the ranch for a hoedown!
Red Rock Ranch is nothing if not a good time! We have a number of in-house games for you and your wedding guests, including pickleball, backgammon, chess, ranch volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, tetherball, ping pong, basketball, or hop in the pool for some old-fashioned Marco Polo!
Fish on the Blue-Ribbon Crystal Creek during your wedding celebration at Red Rock Ranch! This special activity is limited to 4 people and requires a rod fee and Wyoming fishing license. If you’d prefer to fish in our pond, we do not require a fee or license. There are also many off-site fishing options in the area we can arrange for you and your guests.
Stretch some of those pre-wedding jitters out during a session with our own in-house yogi! After a little lotus pose, mountain pose, and tree pose, you’ll feel one with the surroundings in no time!
Red Rock Ranch is a great starting point for a romantic, self-guided hike with your special someone before the wedding. Our trails are also perfect for mountain biking and dirt biking!
There is no better way to relax before the big day than a soothing couples massage in the mountains. We can provide a list of local masseuses who will come to ranch and release some muscle tension amid the beautiful scenery.
