Best Timing on the Ranch
Late August and early September bring great weather and spectacular golden light to our valley, making it our most sought-after months for weddings. While we welcome celebrations throughout our season (June-August), our September dates offer ideal conditions and the flexibility to accommodate larger gatherings after our summer guest ranch season.
How Many Wedding Guests?
Our ranch can comfortably host weddings of up to 120 guests, with indoor and outdoor venue options to suit your vision. Our historic lodge provides an intimate backup location for inclement weather, while our outdoor spaces offer room for larger celebrations under the Wyoming sky.

With accommodations for up to 45 guests in cabins, plus additional space in our designated camping areas, your celebration can truly be a destination experience.
