Head Chef

The person for this position will need to have had previous professional cooking experience.  The specific duties will be the hands-on production/cooking and oversight of all three meals for up to 40 guests and 20 crew, BBQ’s, plated gourmet dinners and all food-related items for the ranch.

This is a true hands-on working position, you will have a Prep Cook and a Dishwasher.

You will be in charge of ordering food, budgeting,  and inventory. A proven “teacher” and guest service attitude is required, team-oriented, driven work ethic, maintaining quality standards, ability to work well with others as well as an adaptive personality are also needed for this job.

Quality food production is of the utmost importance, we have a high standard of excellent cuisine that will be met. You will be directly responsible for cooking and managing your staff, this is a true working chef position.

This position requires long hours on your feet and the ability to thrive in a close knit environment.

Head Dining Room Server/Dining Room Server

Deliver genuine hospitality by serving guests properly and maintaining a welcoming, clean atmosphere for their ranch dining experience.

These roles require emotional maturity, quick and efficient work, the stamina to stand for long periods, and strong attention to detail. Key duties for both servers include keeping the space tidy and organized, being attentive to guests, and following directions well.

The head server guides the team, offers clear instructions, and communicates effectively with both the chef and fellow server.

Both the head and second server must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with guests and consistently maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Prep Cook/Sous Chef

Candidates must be able to assist and backup Head Chef with plated meals & self-serve “chafer” meals, work independently prepping food and meals as directed, follow and assist RRR and Head Chef with ServSafe and Teton County Health standards, and thrive in an upbeat, busy, and very close-knit environment.

This position requires emotional maturity, a genuine eagerness to learn, the ability to follow directions well, and the ability to spend long hours on your feet. Ability to bake is a not necessary, but a bonus!

Housekeeper

Swing

The person for this job will need to be a high energy individual. The duties will include but not be limited to assisting with Housekeeping duties and childcare. The specific areas of responsibility will be assisting Housekeeping with the daily cleaning of lodge, guest cabins and weekly cabin turnovers. Additionally, the swing position will serve as a part-time nanny to two young (4.5 & 2.5) and energetic children on property. Childcare experience is a must. The schedule will be set to accommodate time off between shifts to maintain appropriate working hours.

Office Assistant

Welcome guests upon arrival, conduct simple ranch tours, and serve as the primary contact in the office. Professionally handle guest interactions, representing the welcoming face of the ranch. Support the General Manager and fellow office assistants with various tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of all guest check-ins and check-outs, and proactively address guest requests—including dietary needs, activity scheduling, childcare, and transportation arrangements. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, acting as both the voice and face of the office for guests and occasionally for staff members.

This is primarily an office-based position, with scheduled breaks throughout the day, though most time will be spent in the ranch office, remaining available to assist guests and crew. Candidates must be highly proficient with computers (training will be provided for our ranch booking program), familiar with Microsoft Office, and possess prior experience in assistant or desk roles. A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team environment are essential. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades—resourceful, dependable, and ready to step in and solve problems whenever needed.

Bartender/Fly Fishing Guide

 

The Bartender/Fly Fishing Guide is responsible for leading our fly fishing clinic and accompanying guests on our exclusive section of Crystal Creek. A strong background in fly fishing, including comprehensive knowledge and proven experience, is essential for this role. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to instruct beginners with patience and effectiveness. We are conservationists and take great care with our stretch of Crystal Creek and we expect our employees to uphold this principles.

As bartender, duties include serving guests responsibly and possessing a solid understanding of the bar menu and offerings. Training will be provided for the right individual. The position involves acting as the primary bar contact each evening, keeping tabs on the computer (no cash exchanged), opening and closing the bar nightly, keeping ahead of bar inventory for ordering, engaging professionally with guests, and serving as a representative of the ranch. Applicants must exhibit accountability and the ability to work independently during evening hours at the bar.
