We take great pride in serving excellent food. We provide an array of ranch-inspired cuisine with a refined gourmet touch. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared pastries and desserts, seasonal soups and salads, as well as locally sourced specialties:
- Weekly menu includes a cowboy cookout breakfast ride, family style dining, chuckwagon dinners, and a kids’ creekside supper

Red Rock Ranch is heaven on earth with our family. The Staff go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and having a great time. We hiked, biked and rode horses to our heart’s delight surrounded by the beautiful mountains and big sky. At night we enjoyed the square dancing, story telling, singing and many other fun activities. We also enjoyed the delicious food and Chef Jeff’s special warm chocolate chip cookies!

Each day brings a new dining adventure at Red Rock Ranch. Start your morning with fresh-brewed Snake River Coffee and homemade pastries before heading out for a trail ride.
Return to hearty lunches featuring fresh salads, homemade soups, and build-your-own sandwiches.
Evenings alternate between dinners in our lodge and outdoor barbecues, all capped off with house-made desserts.
Breakfast Ride
Rise early for a memorable morning horseback ride to our mountain-side breakfast spot. Watch the sun warm the valley while our cooks prepare a hearty cowboy breakfast over an open fire. Hot coffee, fresh pancakes, and crisp bacon taste even better in the crisp mountain air.
Lunch at the Lodge
Return from your morning adventures to a fresh spread in our welcoming dining room. Choose from our garden-fresh salad bar, homemade soups, deli-style sandwiches, and chef’s daily specials. Perfect fuel for afternoon activities, whether you’re heading back to the trails.
Chuckwagon Dinner
Experience an authentic Western tradition as we gather outside for an evening barbecue. Enjoy smoked brisket, grilled chicken, fresh-grilled vegetables, and homemade cornbread while sharing stories around the fire.

After a day of adventure, unwind with a drink at our historic Saloon, where Western charm meets local flavor.
- Bar Appetizers: Locally Inspired Charcuterie Board, Wood-Grilled Flat Bread Pizza, Stuffed Pastries, Fruit and Cheese platter, Tortilla Chips and Fire Roasted Salsa, Fresh Vegetable Dips and Gulf Coast Shrimp Cocktail.
- Craft Cocktails: Try ranch-inspired favorites like the Wyoming Mule or Gros Ventre Sunset.
- Local Brews: Enjoy rotating selections from some of Wyoming’s best craft breweries – Snake River Brewing & Roadhouse Brewing
