RATES & RESERVATIONS

The rates for a six-night all-inclusive Wyoming dude ranch vacation (Sunday afternoon arrival through Saturday morning departure) are as follows.  We have a six night minimum.  Our Kids Program ends August 25 and then we move to Adults only through the middle of September.

* Adults 13 yrs. and older – $2438
* Children 6-12 yrs. – $2070
* Children 2-5 yrs. – $925
* Children under 2 yrs. $450

The regular weekly, six night,  Dude Ranch all-inclusive per person rates include cabin accommodations -richly appointed with keeping an authentic western ranch feel, a private sitting area and sun porch-, all ranch meals and snacks, ranch activities, horseback riding, kids program , guided hiking and fly fishing on Crystal Creek and we ahve a Stocked Trout Pond.   In lieu of tipping our staff, an additional charge of 15% is added to cover all services.  Wyoming sales tax will be collected on the lodging and meals portion of your stay as well as a small Teton County Lodging Tax. Discounts are available for family groups of 15 or more people.

Additional items to be purchased or charged to your reservation would be: massage services, alcohol, airport/hotel shuttle service, Top Hand/Ranch Hand riding clinics, internet and fly fishing clinic.

CANCELLATION Policy & Date Change: If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days from your arrival date, you may rebook during the season if space is available. If unable to rebook and your space is filled by another party, a $100.00 per person cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining deposit will be refunded. If your space is not filled, total deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel less than 60 days from your arrival date, and we are unable to fill your cabin, you will be responsible for 100% of the base reservation cost as well as the deposit.  Parties of 8 or more people: If a cancellation is made less than 90 days from your arrival date, the entire deposit is 100% non-refundable regardless if the space is refilled. Your reservation can not be prorated for an early departure. The cancellation policy will be in effect once a deposit is received.  Your reservation costs are for the confirmed number of guests upon receipt of your deposit.  After receipt of your deposit you understand and agree to our damage/cleaning policy:  There can be a damage charge added to the final bill for damage incured while at the ranch inclusive of ranch equipment, facilities, cabin repairs or heavy cleaning.

Our Policies on

Deposits & Cancellations

DEPOSITS: A 35% deposit of the base cost is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation at the Ranch is secure upon receiving your deposit. If a reservation is made within 60 days of your stay, a 75% deposit is required. For parties of 8 or more, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We would prefer personal checks for deposits, although we can take Credit Cards, there will be a 2.79% convenience fee added on for all Credit Card use.  For final payment, while present at the ranch, we do accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard.  (note fees)

Family reunion groups should reserve early to assure having the required space available. A minimum of 25 people is required to reserve the entire ranch for your group.
