- Room and board is included. Most of our housing is shared bedrooms with baths. Due to shared living arrangements we do not allow pets on the ranch.
- If applying for a Wrangler position, we ask for a video of your horsemanship skills and riding abilities, and prefer previous guest ranch experience as a wrangler.
Wrangler: Improve overall and individual quality of the ranch’s livestock health, performance and environment, while simultaneously providing guests with an atmosphere that promotes safety first, genuine western hospitality and effective communication between horse and rider. Providing a learning and growth experience for the guests while maintaining the growth and safety of both horse & rider. Measured by safe riding skills, horse improvement and guest surveys.
Kids Wrangler: Provide a safe, explorative, creative, energetic and positive experience for kids of all ages. Using the specifically detailed skills of a qualified equestrian to promote a learning environment for kids and young adults in a safe and growth related environment. Measured by safe riding skills and satisfied Children.
Dining Room Manager: Provide team management skills in creating a service first oriented work place through hands on assistance. Creating an overall guest services atmosphere in the dining room & bar by utilizing exceptional practiced fine dining skills, team management and proven guest service disciplines. Measured by guest satisfaction surveys and management review.
Dining Room Server: Provide sincere, genuine hospitality through serving and assisting our guests by utilizing appropriate serving techniques and creating an inviting, clean and pleasant atmosphere for their overall ranch dining experience. Measured by guest satisfaction surveys and punctuality.
Hiking Guide /Bartender: Provide an enthusiastic guest experience through daytime hiking and evening bartending. Utilizing safe backcountry hiking techniques and following basic bartending, serve-safe guidelines to provide our guests with excellent customer service and following team oriented goals. Measured by guest surveys & management review.
Head Chef: Provide a unique Western culinary experience by utilizing professional culinary techniques, cost focused menu development, personal creativity, variety of menu & ingredients and fostering a team development both in the kitchen and the dining room. That will enrich our guest satisfaction with their dining experience. Measured by guest surveys & management review.
Sous Chef: Assist the Head Chef with providing a unique Western culinary experience, by utilizing personal creativity, diversity of menus, variety of ingredients, cost focused and fostering a team development both in the kitchen and the dining room to enrich our guests satisfaction with their dining experience. Measured by guest surveys, dining room and head chef review.
Maintenance: Provide our guests with an inviting, well maintained, safe ranch grounds for the various activities while at the ranch by utilizing proper equipment maintenance, effective time management, cooperative team effort and personal service oriented hospitality skills. Measured by guest surveys and management review.
